  • Scheme Plans – whether it’s a concept plan for your development, a development feasibility plan to support a valuation package or a plan for resource consent – Everest can help with your scheme plan requirements.
  • Easement surveys & covenant surveys – As licensed cadastral surveyors we define and prepare plans for registering easements and covenants against a title. Whether it is for right of way creation under section 348 of the Local Government Act 1974, a simple servicing arrangement or other instrument – Everest can take care of it.
  • Rentable Area Survey / BOMA – a survey of a building [generally commercial] to define usable and rentable areas, to assist with determination of rental rates for tenants along with operation & maintenance costs for the building.
  • Monitoring – to ensure the safety, stability, and integrity of structures or land, including GPS / GNSS, Total Station, Automated, other technologies and visual monitoring
  • Water Boundaries – where a property abuts a waterway such as the sea, a lake, river or stream, there can be additional complexity in the boundary definition. Our licensed cadastral surveyors are experienced in defining water boundaries and can help to breakdown all the jargon for you such as tidal margins, mean high water mark, mean high water springs, accretion, erosion and ‘ad medium filum’.
  • Laser Scanning – for detailed point-cloud survey and as-built models of buildings or structures, volume measurements, topographical maps, or 3D models for building information modeling (BIM) and asset management.
