Construction Management, Supervision and Compliance

Oversight of construction and compliance sign-off is critical element of the development process. Councils usually require developers to engage an engineering consultant to oversee project works to ensure designs, drawings, and specifications are properly interpreted, constructed and reported.

This responsibility includes liaising with council and the contractor throughout the works period though undertaking periodic site inspections and testing and then preparing reporting, and compiling records for compliance sign-off.

Everest offers specific services including:

• Construction monitoring / supervision of public drainage works [EPA] to facilitate COA and EACC sign-offs
• Supervision of and certification private drainage (PS4)
• Preparing Tender Schedules, Contracts, managing programme and claims under NZS3910.
• Liaison with councils, utility providers and other stakeholders
